We stumbled upon this charming place when visiting downtown Loudon. It was busy, but worth with the wait. They had a nice selection on the menu, however, we got the special, which was a grilled cheese sandwich and beef cabbage soup. We also ordered the onion rings. Our food was delicious, and the onion rings were amazing! The burgers that were going to other tables were HUGE and looked delicious!! I wish I had taken a picture of our food, but sadly I did not. I took a picture of the menu so that I would remember the name of the place. :) The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! You must give this jewel a try!

You know the restaurants where the serves are mean to you but it's a joke...well it's the same concept at Fat Hat's except it's not a joke. The food makes up for it! The burgers are real beef and made fresh to order along with the fries. Splurge on the onion rings and the dip dog that is dipped in the onion ring batter. The restaurant is clean and they play country music which is the perfect compliment for this local dive. Parking can be tight and during breakfast and lunch, seating may be limited because there are only 10 tables inside. For the best burger in town, it's all totally worth it!!

Ate at the location in Loudon. Great steak and cheese philly sandwich and onion rings that were fantastic! Real "mom and pop" feel to the place like a 50's diner. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

We stopped in here Saturday for a quick bite before an appointment. The owners were in there serving food and waiting on guests. I like a small town owner who works. The burger was perfectly cooked. The fried were crispy. The bun was fresh and the whole meal was less than twenty bucks. Going back? You bet ya.

Stumbled upon this place during a trip to the Lost Sea. The kids and I loved the cheeseburgers, hot dogs and fries. In fact, I think the little ones even finished all of their hot dogs! The place was filled with locals during the lunch rush. It was a nice find for a good local burger joint.
